Cesar's passion for Big M cars is clear in his restoration of this 1963
Monterey with the unique "Breezeway" rear window. He was restoring
the Merc's exterior trim at the time of our shoot, which is why it isn't
on the car in our photos. Cesar didn't tell us if the fuzzy dice and
Bob's Big Boy bobble head are included in his final restoration plans.
